Introductory Rides for non-members

These take place on most Saturdays as part of a C Group ride for any non-members who are new to group riding, getting back into cycling after a break, or are uncertain whether a cycling club will suit them. If you are interested in joining an Introductory Ride please phone Mia Burton on 07447 906632 and apply for Guest Membership.

What you need for your first ride: a road bike in good working order, plus be confident that you can manage a minimum of 30 miles distance at a steady pace (2.5 hours). All riders in all groups must bring with them a spare inner tube, pump, drink and snack (if necessary).
