Standard Membership

Annual membership is only £15.00.

Our membership year runs from 1st April and expires on 31st March the following year, we will send you an email to remind you to renew.

If you join half way through the year (from October onwards) you receive a discount for the shorter term.

If you join during February or March then your membership period will automatically include the next full membership year.

Once you become a Standard Member you will be added to a private WhatsApp group for news/announcements, routes for club rides and chat with fellow members.

Members can take part in our club-only events, our CTT affiliation allows entry to time trials and hill climbs, and our British Cycling affiliation entitles you to a 40% discount on first-year membership of British Cycling (saving up to £32).

Registration and payment is processed through the Rider HQ website.

Guest Membership (Trial)

If you are thinking about joining us, you are very welcome to come along on a Saturday morning to try us out for 2 or 3 rides as a Guest Member before you commit to being a paid up member.

If you are a novice rider and uncertain whether a cycling club and group-riding will suit you, we do have “Introductory Rides” with the C Group on most Saturdays.

If you are interested in joining one of our Club Rides for the first time, please phone Mia Burton on 07447 906632 who will make sure a ride leader will be ready for you. Please also read the details on the Club Rides page to ensure both you and your bike are fully prepared.

Registration for Guest Membership is free, through the Rider HQ website.

You will be notified if your Guest membership has been accepted.

Guest membership expires after one month.

Club Rules / Insurance

All members must follow our Team De Ver Code of Conduct. Please read this carefully.

Our Constitution document defines the aims of the club and how it is managed. Revised and adopted at our AGM March 2026.

If you have any questions about membership please use the contact form and our club membership secretary will help.

Please note we strongly recommend all members take personal liability insurance. Membership of Team De Ver does not include this.

Team De Ver Cycling Kit

Custom designed Team De Ver cycling kit is available to club members, we have short-sleeved summer jerseys and gilets. Both are manufactured by Nalini, and are new race-fit designs ready for the 2026 season.

Unisex Gilet: Nalini Fiumbalo – £65

We also have some remaining stock of 2025 jerseys and winter thermal jackets both manufactured by Endura.

Items are produced in limited quantities so are subject to availability, please ask one of the ride leaders for details.

The iconic yellow De Ver Cycles kit may also be worn on club rides, it is available from the De Ver Cycles shop.

Nalini Sizing Chart

Please note these products are a snug race-fit and are designed to be high-stretch. The height/length increases with size, so please bear this in mind if you are large but not so tall or have a short torso.
